| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
Cancellation must be made in writing to the secretariat at hotel@ifssh2010.com. If you fail to check-in on the arrival date or fail to cancel your reservation 24 hours before check-in time, it will be processed as “No-Show” and you will be charged a cancellation penalty for one night rate. Mail to: hotel@ifssh2010.com. |

| Reservation |
The deadline for reserving a room at the discount rate is
30 September 2010.
Hotel assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservation made after 1 October 2010 will be subject to space availability. Prompt booking is very important to guarantee your room.
